July 2025 Update

Our office hours have permanently changed begining May 27, 2025. We are now open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8AM-4:30PM.

We are still accepting new patients under the following plans:

• Anthem BCBS

• Excellus BCBS (Individual Plans, Employer based, Family plans)

• Guardian PPO

• Cigna PPO

• United Healthcare (PPO ONLY)

• Aetna PPO

• First Ameritas

• United Concordia PPO

Please have your insurance card readily available when making an appointment, You will need the subscribers information (Date of birth, address, etc) as well.

We are CLOSED TO NEW PATIENTS under the following dental plans (this includes exsisting patient's family members new to the practice trying to appoint):

MetLife, Delta Dental (of any state), all forms of medicaid, essentials plans, and United Healthcare Dual Plans. Please call your insurance company for further assistance.

We book 6 months in advance for dental cleanings. If you are looking for a specific date and time, please call the office to check availability. Appointments are first come first served. We can not book multiple appointments to reserve time slots. Thanks for your understanding.

Beginging July 1, 2025 we will be enforcing our missed appointment policy. We require 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. If the office is closed withing the 24 hour notice time frame, a voicemail message must be left stating the patients name and reson for cancelling. The charge is $50 per missed appointment and must be paid prior to rescheduling.
