April 2025 Update

Our office hours will permanently change begining May 27, 2025. We will be open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8AM-4:30PM.

We are still accepting new patients under the following plans:

• MetLife

• Excellus BCBS (Individual Plans, Employer based, Family plans)

• Guardian PPO

• Cigna PPO

• United Healthcare (PPO ONLY)

• Aetna PPO

• Delta Dental PPO

• First Ameritas

• United Concordia PPO

Please have your insurance card readily available when making an appointment, You will need the subscribers information (Date of birth, address, etc) as well.

-We are NOT accepting new patients under any forms of Medicaid, Essentials Plans, or United Healthcare Dual Plans. Please call your insurance provider for further assistance.
